understand that the United States Water Patrol will not be held liable for any accidents, Injuries, loss or damage of either boat and or equipment including loss of life while receiving assistance from the USWP and/or its members.

 I also understand that the USWP will not be held liable for accidents, Injuries, loss or damage of boat and or equipment including loss of life caused by me and/or USWP members during any assistance provided by the USWP and its members.

I also understand that the assistance provided to me is voluntary and requested by me I also understand that there is no fee or charge for service rendered by the USWP and its members. And is done as a public service and can be refused or halted at any time.
